Not sure this company is in business

Purchased this app and it doesnt work. I set up my account and tried to access some material and all it does is say it is loading, however what downloads is jiberish. Just a bunch of characters that is unreadable.

I emailed their link for customer support and I received a message that the email could not be delivered.

Not sure how to report this apparent scam but I do want my five dollars back.
